By accessing or using RealEstate site (the "Platform") you agree to these Terms. The Platform is operated as an online property listing and advertising service for use across India.

1. Nature of service

RealEstate site only provides listing, advertising, search, profile and enquiry tools. We are not a real estate broker, agent, promoter, valuer, legal adviser, escrow agent or transaction intermediary. We do not own, sell, rent or transfer any property listed on the Platform.

2. User responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate, lawful and non-misleading listing information.
  • You must own the property or be authorised by the owner to list it.
  • You must comply with applicable RERA, taxation and local laws.
  • You must independently verify counterparties before any payment or transaction.

3. Prohibited content

  • Fake, duplicate, misleading or fraudulent listings.
  • Illegal property, encroachments or disputed titles.
  • Discriminatory, abusive or unlawful content.
  • Spam, scraping, bots or automated mass postings without authorisation.

4. Listing review

All listings are subject to admin review. We may approve, reject, edit, suspend or remove any listing at our sole discretion.

5. No liability for transactions

We are not a party to any transaction between users. We disclaim all liability for losses, disputes, fraud, document defects, title defects or any harm arising from interactions between users.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealEstate site shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the registered seat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
