Agent, Agency & Builder Terms

These terms apply in addition to the main Terms & Conditions when you register as an agent, agency or builder on RealEstate site.

1. Eligibility

• You must be legally authorised to advertise properties in India.
• You must hold a valid RERA agent registration where required by your state.
• Builders must be the developer or an authorised representative of the project.

2. Listing authority

You must have written permission from the property owner before listing. We may request proof at any time.

3. Conduct

• Respond to enquiries professionally and within reasonable time.
• Do not harass, spam or mislead enquirers.
• Do not collect any fee from enquirers on behalf of RealEstate site.

4. No agency relationship

Use of the Platform does not create any partnership, agency or employment relationship with RealEstate site.

5. Suspension

Accounts may be suspended for fake listings, repeated rejections, fraud reports or breach of these terms.
