Paid Listing Terms

Paid plans are not active during the launch period. When activated, the following terms will govern paid listings, advertising and visibility services purchased from RealEstate site.

1. What you are paying for

Paid plans cover listing, advertising, visibility, enquiry tools and profile promotion. They do not represent brokerage, commission, sale fee, rental commission, success fee or transaction fee. RealEstate site is not a party to any property transaction.

2. Plan activation

Plans are activated after successful payment. Listings remain subject to admin review and content policies.

3. Limits and expiry

Each plan defines listing limits and an expiry period. Expired listings are unpublished automatically.

4. No guarantee of leads or sale

We do not guarantee enquiries, leads, ranking, sale or rental outcomes.

5. Suspension

Plans may be suspended without refund for violations of the Terms, Listing Content Policy or applicable law.
