Allowed
- Genuine residential, commercial, land, rental and new project listings located in India.
- Original photographs of the actual property.
- Accurate prices, areas, configurations and amenities.
- RERA numbers where applicable.
Prohibited
- Fake, duplicate, scraped or misleading listings.
- Stock images presented as the actual property.
- Hidden charges, bait pricing or non-existent inventory.
- Discrimination on the basis of religion, caste, gender, marital status or food habits.
- Adult content, illegal use or properties without clear title.
- Contact details of third-party brokers without authorisation.
Enforcement
Listings that violate this policy may be removed, suspended or rejected without notice. Repeat violations may result in account suspension.
