Refund & Cancellation Policy

During the launch period, listings on RealEstate site are free. No payment is collected for listing or advertising services. This policy will apply when paid plans are activated in the future.

1. Free launch period

No refunds are applicable for free listings as no payment is collected.

2. Future paid plans

• Paid listing/advertising plans are non-refundable once activated.
• Pro-rated refunds may be considered if a plan is cancelled within 7 days and no listings have been published.
• Refund requests must be sent to support@realestatesite.in with the order/invoice reference.

3. Service interruptions

Refunds are not provided for downtime, search ranking changes, third-party outages, or actions taken to enforce the platform's content policies.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback before contacting support may result in account suspension.
