RERA Disclaimer

RealEstate site is an online property listing and advertising platform. We are not a promoter, builder, developer, real estate agent or broker under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 ("RERA").

1. Responsibility of advertisers

  • Builders and developers are solely responsible for displaying valid RERA registration numbers and approvals on their listings.
  • Agents must display their RERA agent registration where applicable.
  • Owners must declare correct ownership, approvals and encumbrances.

2. No verification by the platform

RealEstate site does not independently verify RERA registrations, approvals, titles, sanctioned plans or any government clearances. Buyers and tenants must verify these on the respective state RERA portal and with competent authorities before any payment or agreement.

3. State variation

RERA rules vary by state. Always check the disclaimers and registration numbers shown on each individual listing.

4. Reporting

Any listing that appears non-compliant can be reported via the report button on the listing page or by emailing grievance@realestatesite.in.
